Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.

The cost of shipping will be calculated at check-out based on weight, volume, departure warehouse and final destination. In some cases, it could happen that by purchasing more products of the same order but with a different starting warehouse, the shipping costs could vary per product and in any case they will always be calculated in advance at check-out.

In case of departure from different warehouses it may happen that your order arrives with multiple shipments and with different delivery days

Standard order processing and delivery times can vary from 2 to 5 working days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays; in case of a high volume of orders, we may not respect the standard deadlines indicated.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone, in case of no communication from our doors this is still valid as a notice.
